GENERATE SELECTED TO HANDLE EVENT MANAGEMENT OF 2K GAMES’ DUKE NUKEM FOREVER® “COME GET SOME” TOUR

Generate Sponsorship’s Events division has been appointed by 2K Games to handle the event management of their pan-European tour of the upcoming Duke Nukem Forever® video game release.
The experiential “Come Get Some” demo tour began in Benelux in mid-May, before heading to Spain, Italy and Germany. Generate is handling all event management elements of the tour, as well as the casting and acquisition of an actor to embody the “Real Duke” who will visit key European market tour destinations.
As part of the tour, Generate created the “Come Get Some” trailer – a converted American-style Airstream trailer which features several Xbox 360® video game and entertainment systems from Microsoft that allow the general public to play the game ahead of the European launch on 10th June.
Sam Moqbel, Generate’s Head of Events, said “It is brilliant to be working with 2K on such an eagerly awaited game release. Fans have been waiting to get their hands on Duke for the last 15 years – now they will have their chance on the ‘Come Get Some Tour’!”
